He is engaged in financial management, etc. Relevant work experience of more than several years. The main responsibilities of the corporate governance manager include handling matters related to meetings of the board of directors, audit committee, remuneration committee and shareholders' meeting in accordance with the law; assisting directors in their appointment and continuing education; providing directors with the information they need to perform their business; and assisting directors in complying with laws, etc.
